CAC ABUJA DCC CELEBRATES GLAMOROUS SILVER JUBILEE ANNIVERSARY


Christ Apostolic Church, Abuja Districts Coordinating Council (ADCC) on the 20th September 2020 celebrated her 25 years in existence, the event which started on Thursday 17th of September 2020 witnessed lots of programs and commissioning of projects including the commissioning and dedication of an ultra-modern guest house, dedication of a 30Kva generator, commissioning of the new gate and road leading to the church, foundation stone laying of the 600 seater auditorium, Awards presentation, appointment and consecration of new elders and deaconesses  amongst many other.

 

The events were supervised by Pastor Godwin C. Osuigbo, the Regional Superintendent, Medaiyese Region representing the CAC President, Pastor Abraham Olukunle Akinosun.

 

Dignitaries that witness this occasion included Pastor Dr. Samson Akinsulure (rtd), the immediate regional superintendent of Odubanjo Region who served as the ADCC Superintendent from 2001 – Dec 2013 and Pastor Emmanuel T. Ogunyinka (Regional Superintendent, Odusona Region), who was the ADCC Superintendent from Jan 2014 – Dec 2017. Ministers who had at a time serviced in the ADCC were also present at the 25th anniversary of the church.

 

Guests were all amazed at the present looks of the church and at all infrastructural changes in the church.

 

Pastor Olu Mustapha in his welcome speech welcomed everyone and urged everyone to support the projects going on in the DCC. In his word he said “if we had made any progress in this DCC, it is because we stood firmly on the shoulders of those who came before us”.  

 

The sermon for the anniversary was delivered by Pastor Godwin C. Osuigbo, in his capacity as both Regional Superintendent Medaiyese Region and representative of the President of CAC worldwide, pastor Abraham O. Akinosun.

 

The short but powerful sermon was titled THE GLORY OF THE LATTER HOUSE. Texts were taken from the holy scriptures. With contents from Ezekiel 47:3-5, Haggai 2:6-7, Jeremiah 29:11, Ezra 2:5-7, the spirit-filled man of God passionately inspire the DCC Superintendent, ministers of God, workers and all members to trust in God for the glory of the latter house which shall be greater than the former.

    Love the info! More wisdom, power,understanding and knowledge to ADCC ICT crews and her leadership! More anointing to all our ministers of God, more enablement to our dear ADCC supritendent Pastor(Engr.) Olu Mustapha.

The 10th of October, 2020 witnessed a memorable event in Christ Apostolic Church, Abuja Districts Coordinating Council, it was a gathering of women regarded as wives of Jesus Christ (Widows). The program was initiated by the wife of the ADCC Superintendent, Mrs B F Mustapha with the support of all ministers in the DCC. The events of the program include; Medical check up, Counselling, interaction and many others. The message was delivered by Pastor Mrs. Bridget from Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Many widows gave their lives to Jesus Christ at the event. They were also presented with monitory support, clothes (new wrappers) and food items. See Photos;

OBEY CONSTITUTED AUTHORITY- Pastor Olu Mustapha

The Abuja DCC Superintendent, Pastor Olu Mustapha had once again reiterated that all churches in the ADCC should obey all the  guidelines issued by the government for the reopening of religious centres in the country. He stated this after the service on Sunday (14 th June 2020) in a chat with the ICT-Media crew, he advised everyone to adhere to all directives issued by medical professionals because doing this is a sign of obedience. Churches in CAC Abuja Districts Coordinating council were seen observing the NCDC guidelines on the 7 th (first week of reopening) and the 14 th June 2020 (See Videos).       CAC ADCC News
